Refund & Return Policy

At Seashellly, we are committed to providing high-quality women’s apparel and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time Most of our items are ready-to-wear and shipped promptly. However, certain products are custom-made or produced on demand. For items that are not in stock, production will begin after the order is placed. The processing and shipping time for such items is typically 10–14 business days. This timeframe ensures quality craftsmanship and proper inspection before dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing time. 

2. Returns and Exchanges:

We accept requests for returns or exchanges; we fully understand that, prior to returning an item, the actual condition of the product may sometimes not entirely meet your expectations.
However, given that international returns are often time-consuming and costly, we would like to first offer you some more convenient solutions:

1. Keep the item and receive a partial refund.

2. Exchange the item for a different size or style.

Most of our customers choose one of the above options—it is both quick and hassle-free!

Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed; they must remain in their original condition and include all original tags. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the items. Unless the item is defective in quality or an error occurred during the shipping process, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Items ineligible for return or exchange include: custom-made or made-to-order products; clearance or final-sale items; and items showing obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 
Your order number Clear photos or videos showing the issue .
We will assess the case and provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within a short period after being placed.
Once production or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

We maintain strict policies to protect against fraudulent transactions.

Certain payment methods or credit cards may be flagged by financial institutions due to prior dispute or fraud records.
For orders identified as high-risk or associated with known dispute activity, we reserve the right to take precautionary measures.

Once an order has been processed and shipped correctly (without error), we do not accept refund requests based on payment disputes or unjustified chargebacks.

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating disputes with their bank.
